Terms & Conditions

  1. Vocabulary:
    1. 'Agreement' refers to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. 'Company, 'we', 'us' and 'Scholarly Projects'' means the entity (ScholarlyProjects.com) that provides independent research and writing services to its Customers according to the defined terms laid out in this Agreement.
    3. 'Writer' is the person, who has agreed to work with the Company on a freelance basis to provide research and writing services under the Company's terms.
    4. 'Customer' is the person who places an Order with the Company to obtain the Product according to his or her requirements and governed by the defined terms and conditions laid out in this Agreement.
    5. 'Parties' is either Company and Customer or Company and Writer.
    6. 'Order' is an electronic request of a paid service from the Customer for a particular Product and/or service.
    7. 'Order Status' defines order progress on a particular stage.
    8. 'Product' is a document in an electronic format that is the final result of Order completion.
    9. 'Service' is a bespoke digital document and/or live audio/video tutorial session(s) those are rendered on special request of the Customer.
    10. 'Revision' is an edited version of the original Product initialized by Customer.
    11. 'Support Team or Support' is the part of the Company's organizational structure with the mission to assist and coordinate the Order process.
    12. 'Quality Assurance’ section/department signifies the part of the Company's organizational structure with the mission to guard and evaluate the quality of Product and service provided.
    13. 'Messaging System' is an interactive feature that ensures communication between the Customer and Support/Writer.
    14. 'Verification Process' is a procedure required from Customer in order to confirm his/her billing identity to prevent fraud.
    15. 'Store Credit' is a money account of the Customer within the Company.
    16. 'Payment Processer' is a third-party organization who safely completes money transfer from Writer/Customer’s account to Company’s account and vice-versa.
    17. ‘Intellectual Property’ means all Products are exclusively owned by the Company.
  2. Nature of Product/Service and Terms of Usage:
    1. Ready-made Product is researched, designed and developed on the topics which are currently being taught in the undergraduate and graduate programs of the renowned universities of the world, especially USA, UK and EU. These Products are on the general topics and have more than 90% similarly percentage in it as being sold to various buyers.
    2. Bespoke Product is a tailored product that is researched, designed and developed on a specific topic as Ordered by the Customer. This means end-product has never been submitted anywhere and exclusively given only to the Ordering Customer. Bespoke Products are free from plagiarism (100% unique text) subject to sub-clause–7.2 of Clause–7).
    3. The Company offers its assistance that locates suitably qualified experts for the provision of independent personalized research and writing services provided to the Customer as a unique reference that is designed to assist in the completion of the Customer's assignments or academic obligations. Thus, it is understood that the Company does not make any guarantees regarding Customer's grades as an outcome or consequence of submission of the Product to any academic institution.
    4. The Company firmly intimates that Product/Service is not meant to submit as it is to any academic institution in the world.
    5. The aim of the Company is strictly to provide the Customer with an original reference document or related Services according to the Customer's instructions. Every Product/Service provided by the Company is intended for learning/research/reference purposes only.
    6. The Company is also not responsible for failure on the part of the Customer to learn the material covered by the Product or improper usage of research contained therein.
    7. The Company owns all of its Products/Services as its Intellectual Property and the Customer has the exclusive permission and right to use them for a limited period of six (6) months. When the six (6) months period has passed, the Company shall exclusively regain all rights of the Product.
    8. The Ordered Product is solely made/processed for the Customer. Customer has no right to sell/re-sell it to anyone.
  3. Order Process:
    1. Customer Registration: When filling in an Order form, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to register using a valid email address and a correct phone number where the Customer can be reached. Failure to provide correct contact details may affect Order completion and will result in a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This may lead to forfeiture of any claim to the implied warranty or guarantee by the Customer.
    2. Placing an Order: This means paying the cost of the product in full. The Company shall not begin working on the Customer's Order until full payment is processed. The Company is not liable or responsible for the failure of a Customer to pay on time. The Customer can also use a discount option to lessen the price if the Customer is entitled to it. Special offers and discounts on the Company's Products and Services may not be used together at the same time and cannot be combined with any additional services, unless stated otherwise.
    3. Giving Instructions: While ordering Bespoke Product or any Service, Customer's instructions must be clear and precise. If the instructions are not clear and additional instructions are needed to complete the Order, but are not provided within the required time schedule, the Company cannot fulfil any implied warranty or guarantee and it shall not be held responsible.
      1. For revision request, it must only be based on the initial requirements and description of the original Order. Any request completely different and deviated from the initial/original instructions of the Order will be considered "editing" and will be charged additionally as this is an additional service of the Company.
    4. Sources: The Writer is allowed to use any relevant source available for the completion of the requested assignment - books, journals, newspapers, interviews, online publications etc., unless the Customer mentions some particular sources to be used or others to be ignored. If the Customer needs specific sources that are crucial for the completion of the Order, the Company would expect the Customer to provide them within the required time schedule listed below.
      1. 2 Days - 15 Days: all sources must be received within the first 12 hours.
      2. 16 Days - 30 Days: all sources must be received within the first 24 hours.
    5. 3.5Matching of the Academic Level: In the event that the desired academic level chosen by the Customer is the improper academic/quality level (either by accident or not), the Customer shall assume all liability for such error. It shall be the Customer's sole responsibility to choose the correct academic level that best fits the required assignment at the time of making the Order. If the Customer has made an error while placing an Order, then the Customer must contact the Support Team immediately for assistance.
    6. Checking the Messaging System: The Messaging System is an easy and convenient way to communicate. The Customer should check messages for any updates from the Support Team or from the Writer. The Customer should also promptly address any questions, concerns or give additional instructions using this interactive feature. Failure or neglect to check the Messaging System shall not be sufficient ground for a refund of services rendered. If the Customer does not know how to use the Messaging System, the Customer may contact the Support Team at any time for assistance or instructions.
    7. Order Modification: The Customer is liable to provide all necessary and required information at the time of Order placement. The Company reserves the right not to process or to resubmit the Customer's Order in the event that the details indicated are inconsistent to or do not match the Order's original description. Failure to provide the correct description, deadline extension requests or Writer level upgrade may require additional payments. The Customer will always be contacted to approve any additional charges or requests for any further addition and/or modification.
    8. Order Status & Tracking: The Customer is highly encouraged to stay in touch with the Support Team/Writer and to monitor Order Progress through the Customer's personal account on the web site. The possible statuses of the order are: Order is not paid; Order is successfully paid and available for the Writers of the chosen level; Research has been started; Order is completed and the Product is available to download from the Customer's personal account on the website; Order is returned for revision; Writer is revising the Product according to Customer's instructions; The Order is put on hold by the Support Team and the Writer has temporarily stopped working on it; and the Order is cancelled.
    9. Preferred Writer: When placing an Order, the Customer can indicate a preferred Writer to be assigned to an Order. The Company reserves the right to decline preferred Writer request based on Writer's history, schedule, capacity, recent quality and lateness issues that might jeopardize Order completion. The Company will inform Customer about its decision and provide supporting materials. If the Customer insists on chosen Writer, the Company will not be responsible for failure of the preferred Writer to deliver high quality Product in a timely manner. No-refund can be guaranteed at that point.
  4. Delivery/Downloading:
    1. The Company strives for the highest level of satisfaction available. However, the Company shall not be held liable or responsible for any type of delivery issues resulting from problems such as spam filters, incorrect email, lack of internet access or general neglect, among others, which are beyond its control and/or without its fault.
    2. The Support Team is available 24/7 to assist the Customer with any delivery problems of the Order. The Company will do its best to meet the Customer’s academic writing needs by maintaining up-to-date software. However, it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide the correct contact information to the Company in order to get the Product or Service through other ways.
  5. Delivery/Downloading:
    1. Protecting billing information of the Customers and eliminating fraud is a priority that the Company takes seriously. The Company is obliged by authorities along with Payment Processers, merchant providers and banks to protect the credit card holders who purchase from it.
    2. Accordingly, due to the nature of the Company’s business, type of Product and the fact that it is delivered by electronic means, no hand written signature is required as proof of delivery.
    3. The Company reserves the right to request the Customer to provide: Photo-copy of Customer’s credit card (the digits or numbers may be covered except the last 4); Photo-copy of Customer's official ID (e.g. Passport and/or Driver's License or other government issued ID); and authorization code from Customer's bank (if required). The aforementioned documents may be made by scanner, digital camera or cell phone with camera. Everything provided by the Customer in order to pass the Verification Process is never shared to any third parties.
    4. When requested to verify the Customer's billing information, it is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply immediately to ensure that the billing information meets the Company’s verification & anti-fraud policy. Any verification requests must be completed in the following time schedule. If the Order is requested to be delivered between 2-15 days or 16-30 days the Customer's billing information must be verified within the first 12 hours or 24 hours respectively to comply with any implied warranty or guarantee.
    5. Any unauthorized use of a stolen credit card is prohibited by law and will be reported to the concerned authorities and applicable law enforcement agencies for further investigation. The Company works closely with the authorities to fight cyber-crime and report all fraudulent Orders for prosecution.
  6. Revision Policy:
    1. The free revision policy is a courtesy service that the Company provides to help ensure Customer’s total satisfaction with the completed Order of Bespoke Product or any Service.
    2. To receive free revision, the Company requires that the Customer provide the request within seven (7) days from the first delivery/completion date of the Order of Bespoke Product.
    3. In the Bespoke Product Order, dissertation revision is made Chapter wise and each chapter is to be revised twice for free of cost. On the other hand, all short assignments from 500 words to 5000 words will be revised thrice free of cost. Any further revision (if required) shall be made on the advice of Quality Assurance section.
    4. All revisions will be highlighted (first in yellow, second in orange & third in green) in order to emphasise/match the actual revised effort.
    5. There is no revision option in case of Ready-made Product; however, a new Bespoke Product Order may be made with additional requirements.
    6. Quality Assurance section of the Company reserves the right to limit the number of revisions or decline revision requests in cases such as, but not limited to: changes in initial order details; unreasonable return of the assignment; taking advantage of Writer and obvious abuse of revision option.
    7. If revision request violates original instructions, the Quality Assurance section has the right to decline it. If request falls within mentioned guidelines, the Company will happily revise the Customer’s Order to meet the initial requirements free of cost.
    8. If the Customer has missed the revision policy deadline, the Customer may choose to have the order revised but for additional payment or the Customer may place a new one for editing.
    9. The section of Revision Policy (clause-6) is a part of Terms & Conditions (Agreement) of the company and it is also placed separately to make potential buyers vigilant.
  7. Refund Policy
    1. The Customer agrees with the Company’s policy in case of Ready-made Product is requested to be refunded; any fees, whether in part or full, paid by the Customer for an Order, shall not be refunded in any case. The Company shall make a full-refund only if the Company completely fails to deliver the Ready-made Product to the Customer.
    2. The Bespoke Product ordered is guaranteed to be original and delivered in a timely manner. Orders are checked by the most advanced anti-plagiarism software in the market to assure that the tailored digital document is 100% original. The Company has a zero tolerance policy for plagiarism. However, 5-15% similarity may be there due to double quotation marks, keywords & terms, definitions and citations; this percentage is normally acceptable all over the world. However, special instructions must be given (in accordance with sub-clause–3.3 of Clause–3). Full-refund shall be given if plagiarism/similarity exceeds the stated limit.
    3. The Company shall not guarantee that editing, proofreading, formatting Services will be plagiarism free. Any digital document that are not written or made by the Company may have similarity/plagiarism. The Company shall not refund any amount in the event that a proofread/formatted digital document has been plagiarized. However, plagiarism scanned report can be sent along to be saved from possible incidence of plagiarism. Full-refund shall be given if plagiarism/similarity is produced at the Company’s end.
    4. All refunds and cancellations should be communicated and expressed in writing by using the Messaging System or by e-mailing the Support Team. In the unlikely event that the Customer finds Bespoke Product or Service totally different from the original Order instructions, the Customer may request a Full-refund.
    5. Bespoke Product and/or Service delivery dates are mutually agreed between Company and Customer. If Customer receives after the specified deadline, the Customer shall be provided with a full-refund.
    6. Our Ready-made Products are fully described in the description section of each individual Product. All important and crucial parts of it are carefully and properly defined in a precise manner. Some of them may have previous Customers reviews about it. So there is full chance to read about before purchasing it. In addition, customers are also encouraged to ask further clarification through Messaging System or by e-mailing the Support Team. This is near to impossible (in the light of clause–3 and sub-clause–7.10 of Clause–7) that one may not have sufficient information about the product. Therefore, in case of a refund request due to the quality/criteria/scope of the Product, it may be difficult for the company to refund though it still may be referred to Quality Assurance section for further investigation and refund request approval.
    7. In case of a refund request due to bad quality of the Service, the Customer must provide strong logical reasons, and examples to back up the claim for refund. The request for refund will be forwarded to the Quality Assurance section for further investigation and refund request approval. Please note that the Company can also ask for additional materials or evidence to support the request. Quality Assurance section reserves the right to decline refund inquiry if aforementioned information or documents are not provided when the request is made. The Customer shall be given a Full-refund on the positive outcome of investigation.
    8. If the refund request is not received within seventy-two (72) hours after Order completion it is to be assumed that the Customer is satisfied with the Product/Service and the Customer will not be eligible for any refund.
    9. In case, a full-refund is issued or Order becomes unpaid in circumstances where the service rendered has already been delivered, the Company retains full authorship for the completed Product and reserves the right to use, resell, distribute and share it to other third parties. The Customer is then not eligible to use the Product for whatever purpose.
    10. The Company shall not be responsible for failure of the Customer to learn the material covered by the Product or for improper usage of research contained therein and no refund shall be made by the Company in case the Customer receives a failing grade. For more details see Clause-2. However, Service may be obtained for a dedicated learning lesson or tutorial to get it understood which will reduce the chance of being fail.
    11. Unlike Ready-made Product, Bespoke Product can be stopped/cancelled within the 24 hours of the Order placement in case of incorrect placement of Order. The Company has policy of full-refund in case of choosing the wrong topic for Bespoke Product.
    12. The section of Refund Policy (clause-7) is a part of Terms & Conditions (Agreement) of the company and it is also placed separately to make potential buyers vigilant.
  8. Privacy Policy:
    1. The Company is committed to protect the privacy of the Customer and it will never resell or share any of Customer's personal information, including credit card data, with any third party. All the online transactions are processed through the secure and reliable online payment systems provided by Payment Processer & Hosting companies. It saves the Customer from the risk of having the credit card data disclosed. The Company, however, does not fully guarantee any disclosures of the credit card data or personal information that may occur beyond its control and/or without its fault. Any information that users or Customers provide to us is subject to our Privacy Policy (Read Here), which describes how and when we collect, use, and share your information across our website, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, embeds, ads, and our partners and other third parties.
