SOCS 325 Environmental Sociology
Students in this DeVry course explore environmental issues as perceived by society. Coursework addresses cultural norms, ideologies, beliefs, and economic and gender-related factors that affect finding and providing sustainable solutions to environmental problems. Through discussions of research problem-solving projects, and presentations, students learn to identify causes of environmental problems and apply practical solutions to particular cases.
